• Climate: Standard 100mm EPS insulation handles temperate climates. Upgrade to 150mm polyurethane foam for extreme cold ($800 upcharge). A small space heater runs the whole unit in winter.
• Security: Steel construction with lockable doors and window security screens. A ring camera mounts easily on the steel exterior. Standard homeowners insurance covers it as a “detached structure.”
