Add overhead LED bars (4,000K daylight) for color-accurate work. The insulated steel structure means no drafts — fabric stays clean and dust-free.
The Wellness Retreat: Yoga mat space for 2-3 people, wall-mounted ballet barre, shelving for crystals and incense, and a corner with a chaise lounge for reading. The 18.5 sqm footprint is the exact size of a standard yoga studio for small classes.

- Security: Steel construction with lockable doors and window security screens. A ring camera mounts easily on the steel exterior. Standard homeowners insurance covers it as a “detached structure.”
