You are spending thousands. You want to know what is covered. Here it is straight. Our structural warranty covers the steel frame for 5 years. Manufacturing defects, corrosion under normal conditions, load bearing failures. If the steel fails because of something we did at the factory we fix it. Watertight integrity for 2 years. Seals, roof joints, door gaskets. Paint and coating for 1-3 years against premature peeling. Not covered: transport damage (carrier responsibility once it leaves us), foundation issues from bad site prep, modifications you make after delivery, Acts of God, normal wear and tear.
