Terms of Sale
These terms apply to all container-home orders placed with ATV Worldwide (Avanguard Transformed Villas).
Pricing
Prices are shown for the unit only, in USD, on an FOB port-to-port basis. Shipping, customs brokerage and import tariffs are not included and are quoted separately for your destination.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer in full. After your quote is approved we issue a payment receipt (paid via a secure payment link).
Ordering
All orders begin with a quote request. We contact a customs broker for your area and confirm your all-in delivered cost, typically within one business day. There is no online checkout because every order requires a broker-managed shipping quote first.
What the unit price covers
The price shown on each model is for the manufactured unit as specified: structure, wall and roof panels, flooring, doors, windows, electrical rough-in and the completed interior finishes listed on that model's page. It does not cover shipping, insurance, customs duty, brokerage fees, port handling, local trucking from the port to your site, foundations, crane or offloading equipment, utility connections, or any local permits or inspection fees.
Inspection and acceptance
Units are inspected at the factory before loading. Photographs of the finished unit are provided before shipment. Any transit damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery documents at the port of arrival so a claim can be filed; please photograph the container seals and any visible damage before signing.
Delivery
Units ship complete from the factory and are delivered port-to-port (FOB). The buyer arranges local transport from the destination port to site, plus any local permits and site works. Units ship folded or flat-packed where the model allows, which keeps ocean freight cost lower than shipping a fully expanded volume.
Lead time
Production and shipping lead times vary by model and destination; we confirm the current lead time with your quote. Ocean transit alone typically runs several weeks depending on the route, and port clearance adds further time.
Site preparation
Before delivery you will need a level, load-bearing surface — a concrete slab, screw piles or a compacted gravel pad — sized to the unit's footprint. Utility connections (power, water, waste) are arranged locally and are not part of the unit price. We can supply the model's dimensions and weight for your foundation and permit applications.
Warranty and support
Every unit is supplied with the manufacturer's structural warranty. We stay the point of contact after delivery: send photographs and a description of any issue and we will work with the factory on the resolution.
Customisation
Layout, finish and fixture selections are confirmed at the build stage. Requests that change the structure or services layout may change the price and the lead time, and are quoted before production begins.
