ATV Worldwide (Avanguard Transformed Villas) supplies factory-built expandable and folding container homes, space-capsule houses and modular units to buyers around the world. We work directly with experienced manufacturers and ship complete units port-to-port, so a customer anywhere can order a finished home and have it delivered without a traditional months-long build.
What we sell
Our range covers 10FT, 20FT, 30FT and 40FT folding and expandable homes, modular space-capsule houses for resorts and tourism, and stackable modular units for worker camps, dormitories, clinics and schools. Every unit is built in a controlled factory, insulated, and finished for real year-round use.
How buying works
Each model shows a unit-only price in USD on an FOB, port-to-port basis. Because shipping, customs brokerage and import tariffs differ for every destination, every order begins with a quote request. We contact a customs broker for your area and return your all-in delivered cost, typically within one business day. Payment is by bank transfer in full.

What to check before you commit
Three checks prevent most problems. First, confirm what your local authority will classify the unit as once it is permanently sited, and get that in writing. Second, get a local price for the work after the port — haulage, lifting, foundation and connections — because those costs are not related to the unit price and are where budgets move. Third, ask for the structural drawings and the insulation specification before you order.
On the unit itself, look at four things: how the shell was reinforced at every opening, what insulation is used and how the vapour strategy works, what documentation arrives with the electrical installation, and what the structural warranty actually covers. A supplier who can answer all four promptly is building to a standard you can inspect.
On payment and delivery, understand the terms clearly before committing: units are sold port-to-port (FOB) with payment by bank transfer in full before production, and the buyer arranges local transport and site works from the arrival port.

Send your destination postal code and the model you are considering, and we take that to a customs broker and return an all-in delivered figure — unit, ocean freight, duty and brokerage — usually within one business day.
