What we supply, and what you supply
Please note: the container home is supplied as a finished unit. Solar panels, inverters, batteries and all off-grid power equipment are not included and are not supplied or installed by us — they must be sourced separately from a third-party supplier. The home itself arrives finished and insulated, ready for power to be connected.
Why pair a container home with solar
A new build is a clean slate for power. Many owners in remote or rural sites in Canada choose an off-grid solar system to avoid the cost of a grid connection. That system is planned and bought separately.
Sizing the solar system
A third-party solar installer will size the panels, inverter and battery to your usage and to the sunshine hours in Canada. Bring them in while the home is in transit so the wiring is ready.
Connecting the home
The unit is ready to receive power once your system is installed. Your electrician connects the home to the supply; we do not carry out electrical installation.
Payment and terms
Payment is by bank transfer in full. There is no financing. The solar system, tariffs, duties and local delivery are all extra.
