Do container homes need a foundation?
Yes — a container home needs a proper foundation to be a legal, safe, long-lasting dwelling. You can set a container on the ground for a temporary shed, but for a home you live in, a real foundation is required by building code in most places and is essential to prevent rust, shifting, and structural problems. Why a container home can’t just sit on the ground
