Container Homes for Construction Sites — Offices and Accommodation

Quick answer

Container units suit construction sites as offices, canteens, washrooms, stores and worker accommodation. They arrive finished, stand up to hard use, and can be lifted from one site to the next. Multi-unit orders ship together to cut freight per unit.

One unit, many jobs

A construction site needs offices, a canteen, washrooms, storage and often accommodation. Standardised container units cover all of these from a single supply.

Built for hard use

Steel frames and robust finishes survive a busy site far better than light cabins, and need minimal upkeep between projects.

Move with the project

Because units can be lifted and relocated, the same accommodation and offices follow the crew to the next site rather than being left behind or rebuilt.

Rapid deployment

Units arrive finished, so a site can be operational quickly. That matters when a project cannot wait for a conventional building.

Services and clusters

Plan power, water, waste and data for the whole site setup. Units placed together form a functional compound.

Getting started

Send the units you need, the number of occupants, and your nearest port. We will quote the units and shared freight. Bank transfer in full; delivery port-to-port (FOB).

Frequently asked questions

How is payment handled?

Payment is by bank transfer in full before production.

How are units delivered?

Units ship folded and are delivered port-to-port (FOB). You arrange local transport from the port to your site.

Can I order more than one unit?

Yes. Multi-unit orders ship together, which lowers the freight cost per unit.

Tariffs, duties and shipping are extra.

What to check before you commit

Three checks prevent most problems. First, confirm what your local authority will classify the unit as once it is permanently sited, and get that in writing. Second, get a local price for the work after the port — haulage, lifting, foundation and connections — because those costs are not related to the unit price and are where budgets move. Third, ask for the structural drawings and the insulation specification before you order.

On the unit itself, look at four things: how the shell was reinforced at every opening, what insulation is used and how the vapour strategy works, what documentation arrives with the electrical installation, and what the structural warranty actually covers. A supplier who can answer all four promptly is building to a standard you can inspect.

On payment and delivery, understand the terms clearly before committing: units are sold port-to-port (FOB) with payment by bank transfer in full before production, and the buyer arranges local transport and site works from the arrival port.

Getting a real number

Send your destination postal code and the model you are considering, and we take that to a customs broker and return an all-in delivered figure — unit, ocean freight, duty and brokerage — usually within one business day. There is no online checkout and no obligation: the quote opens the conversation rather than closing it.

Payment is by bank transfer in full before production, and units are delivered port-to-port (FOB); you arrange local transport from the arrival port to your site. We work factory-direct with a single vetted manufacturer, so the price you see is the same price a retailer would pay, with no distributor margin layered on top.
