Turning land into income
A farm with a spare paddock can add guest cabins without committing to a permanent building. Units can be sited to catch a view, then moved if a crop rotation or a new plan calls for it.
Units that suit rural sites
Options run from compact studios to family-sized expandable units, plus double-storey layouts. A unit can include a kitchenette and en-suite so guests are self-contained and you avoid a shared facilities block.
Off-grid and rural utilities
Many rural plots lack mains services at the chosen spot. Solar, battery, water storage and septic systems can be planned alongside the unit so the build works without a long run of new infrastructure. Ask us to coordinate this when ordering.
Siting and access
Plan a level pad, road or track access for the delivery, and the utility connections. Siting the unit near existing services, even if the view is better further out, often saves the most cost.
Payment and delivery
Payment is by bank transfer in full. There is no financing. Units are delivered port-to-port under FOB terms and local transport and duties are extra.
