Quick answer
A container home project runs through four phases: order and production, sea freight to your port, customs clearance, then local delivery, foundation and setup. Production takes time to confirm at order; the shipping and site phases are the parts you plan locally while the unit is in transit.

Phase 1: order and production
Once you confirm the specification and pay by bank transfer in full, the unit enters production. Lead time is confirmed at order because each unit is built to specification.
Phase 2: sea freight
The unit ships folded to your named seaport under FOB terms. Shipping folded keeps the freight lower than a fixed-size unit.
Phase 3: customs
At your end, the unit is cleared through customs, with any tariffs and duties payable locally. A customs broker makes this straightforward.
Phase 4: delivery and setup
From the port, you transport the unit to site, place it on its foundation, expand it if applicable, and connect water, power and drainage.
Plan ahead
Use the production and transit time to prepare your foundation, services and access, so the unit can be placed without delay on arrival.
Getting started
Send your size, layout and nearest port for a quote covering the unit and the freight. Bank transfer in full; delivery port-to-port (FOB).
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer financing?
No. Payment is by bank transfer in full before production.
How are units delivered?
Units ship folded and are delivered port-to-port (FOB). You arrange local transport from the port to your site.
Can I order more than one unit?
Yes. Multi-unit orders ship together, which lowers the freight cost per unit.
