The base or foundation
Most units sit on a level concrete pad, screw piles or a steel frame. The right choice depends on the ground and the local climate in Ireland.
Delivery access
A unit must physically reach the base. Check gate widths, turning space and overhead cables before the delivery date.
Power, water and drainage
Bring services to the base while the unit is in transit, so the connection happens the day it lands.
Drainage and levels
Good drainage away from the base protects the unit. Levels are set at the preparation stage, not after delivery.
Payment and terms
Payment is by bank transfer in full. There is no financing. Local trades and delivery are extra.
How to order
Send your site details and nearest port, and we will confirm what the unit needs from the ground up.
