Size and layout

Decide the size (10FT to 40FT or a villa) and the layout (studio to three-bedroom) before ordering. The layout is set at order, so get it right first.

Dimensions and weight

Ask for the folded and expanded dimensions and the unit weight. The folded size decides shipping and port transport; the expanded size and weight decide your foundations and lifting plan.

Finish level

Confirm exactly what is finished in the factory: flooring, wall linings, wiring runs, window and door openings, kitchen and bathroom. Know what you will add on site.

Frame and protection

Ask about the steel gauge, how the frame is welded, and the corrosion protection system, and whether it suits your climate.

Delivery terms

Confirm the delivery basis. Ours is port-to-port (FOB): we deliver to your seaport, you arrange transport, foundations and connections.

Local items to line up

Check zoning and permits, plan your foundation or pads, and arrange the water, power and waste connections with local trades. Confirm how your country classifies a prefabricated building for import.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer in full. Ask for a written quote covering the unit, the freight and the delivery terms.
