What a container ADU is
An ADU is a self-contained second home on an existing property, often used for family, a carer, or rental. A container build arrives finished, which shortens the time from order to use.
Layouts for the United Kingdom
The common layouts are a studio, a one-bedroom, or a two-bedroom with an accessible bathroom. Tell us who will use it and we will suggest a size.
Base, services and access
Plan the pad or foundation, the power and water runs, and the path for delivery onto the site. Access matters: a unit must reach the base.
Approval and rules
ADU rules vary by area and cover size, setbacks and services. Check what your local authority allows before ordering.
Payment and terms
Payment is by bank transfer in full. There is no financing. Tariffs, duties and local delivery are extra.
How to order
Send the layout you want, the site access, and your nearest port for an exact quote.
