We stand behind every unit we ship.
Every ATV container home carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails and it wasn't caused by how the unit was handled, used or installed, we fix it.
And when you contact us about it, you talk to a real person — within 24 hours, on WhatsApp, seven days a week.

Sites get damaged on a Saturday. A container can spring a leak on a Sunday. Waiting until Monday morning isn't an answer, so we don't work that way.
We answer warranty claims every day of the week — weekends and holidays included. If you message us on Saturday, you hear back on Saturday.
You're not talking to a machine
Most companies hide their warranty behind a ticket system, a chatbot that loops, or an email address nobody monitors. We don't.
Every warranty claim comes straight to a real human on WhatsApp — the same person who handled your order. No AI agent. No automated reply pretending to help. No queue.
You send a message with a photo of the problem, and you get a real answer from a real person within 24 hours — any day of the week.
How this is different
What the warranty covers
One year, manufacturing defects
Your unit is covered for one year from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to anything that goes wrong with the unit and was not caused by the user. As long as a fault isn't user-caused, we cover it.
In practice that means:
- Manufacturing defects in the structure, panels, doors, windows and installed fixtures
- Failed seals and joints that leak or separate because of how the unit was built
- Electrical rough-in and installed wiring failures that aren't the result of misuse or local connections
- Premature failure of factory-applied finishes under normal conditions
- Factory-fitted components that fail through no fault of the user
What isn't covered
Damage you caused
If a fault is user-caused, it isn't covered. We cover the unit, not what was done to it.
- Damage caused by the user — misuse, overloading, improper operation or neglect
- Unauthorised modifications — cutting, welding or altering structural elements without agreement
- Transport and handling damage after the unit leaves the factory — the carrier covers that leg
- Foundation and site problems — settlement, an unprepared surface, improper offloading
- Improper utility installation or faults from local power, water and waste connections
- Normal wear and tear — cosmetic ageing, scuffs, fading, consumable parts
- Acts of God — storms, flooding, fire, earthquake, impact or vandalism
How to make a claim
Three steps. No forms, no portal, no account to create.
- 1. Send us a WhatsApp message with your unit model, delivery date and what went wrong.
- 2. Include photos or a short video of the fault, with enough context to see where it is on the unit.
- 3. A real person replies within 24 hours to confirm what happens next — including weekends.
Please don't repair or modify the unit yourself before we've assessed it. Doing so can end the claim.

- Inspect on delivery day and record any transport damage before accepting the unit.
- Install on a level, load-bearing surface — a concrete slab, screw piles or compacted gravel sized to the footprint.
- Don't cut or alter structural elements without asking us first.
- Keep up basic maintenance — check seals and finishes periodically and keep a record.
