Container homes are catching on in Ukraine – and you can buy straight from the factory. Units are factory-built, ship from China folded or finished, and arrive at Odessa (when open). This covers why they suit Ukraine, the sizes, shipping, and what you handle on your end.
Why container homes fit Ukraine
Ukraine’s reconstruction needs fast, affordable modular housing. The continental, cold winters weather is no problem for a well-insulated unit. People here mostly use them for rapid housing, annexes, site offices.
Pick your size
- 10FT Expandable – compact studio, office, or annexe.
- 20FT Expandable & Premium – the most popular pick for a one- or two-bedroom home.
- 40FT Premium & Deluxe – full family homes.
- Double-Story Villa – for when land is tight.
Shipping, explained
Units ship port-to-port (FOB) from China to Odessa (when open). That covers the units and delivery to port; you take it from there to your site. Because they fold where possible, freight is efficient and a multi-unit order usually ships together.
Price, and how you pay
Pricing is quoted per order – it depends on size, quantity, and spec. Payment is by bank transfer in full; we do not offer financing.
