Container homes are catching on in Czechia – and you can buy straight from the factory. Units are factory-built, ship from China folded or finished, and arrive at Hamburg (via). This covers why they suit Czechia, the sizes, shipping, and what you handle on your end.
How container homes suit Czechia
Czechia’s strong manufacturing base needs flexible site and staff buildings. It has a cold winters and mild summers climate, and a properly insulated unit handles it fine – hot or cold. Common uses include garden offices, annexes, workforce housing.
Sizes you can order for Czechia
- 10FT Expandable – compact studio, office, or annexe.
- 20FT Expandable & Premium – the most popular pick for a one- or two-bedroom home.
- 40FT Premium & Deluxe – full family homes.
- Double-Story Villa – for when land is tight.
Getting your units to Czechia
Delivery is port-to-port (FOB) into Hamburg (via). The unit and the freight to port are covered – getting it from port to your site is yours to arrange. Because they fold where possible, freight is efficient and a multi-unit order usually ships together.
Price, and how you pay
Pricing is quoted per order – it depends on size, quantity, and spec. Payment is by bank transfer in full; we do not offer financing.
