In the 20FT expandable, the side sections open up to one bedroom plus a study or second sleeping area. In the 40FT, two full bedrooms fit with room for a proper living space between them.

20FT or 40FT for two bedrooms?

If the second bedroom doubles as an office, a 20FT expandable is enough. If two people need two proper bedrooms plus a generous living area, the 40FT is the better fit and the one that will still feel right in five years.

What is included

The unit arrives insulated, glazed and finished, with a bathroom and kitchen fitted. Climate packages are matched to your market. Interiors range from standard to premium.

Ships port-to-port (FOB). Plan a level base and clear access for delivery. Setup is fast: unfold, lock, connect power and water.

3. Prepare the site. Level slab or piers, sized to the expanded footprint, with clear access.
4. Ship. The unit travels folded to the port; you arrange the inland leg and duties.
5. Set and connect. Unfold, lock, seal the seams, connect power and water — and it is live.
