One 40ft or two 20ft?

A single 40ft gives you one continuous, open interior — better for family living, and cheaper to move as one unit. Delivery and siting

3. Prepare the site. Level slab or piers, sized to the expanded footprint, with clear access.
4. Ship. The unit travels folded to the port; you arrange the inland leg and duties.
5. Set and connect. Unfold, lock, seal the seams, connect power and water — and it is live.
