Thinking about a container home in Bulgaria? You can order direct from the manufacturer. Units are factory-built, ship from China folded or finished, and arrive at Varna and Burgas. This covers why they suit Bulgaria, the sizes, shipping, and what you handle on your end.
Why this works in Bulgaria
Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast and low land prices suit modular homes. The cold winters and hot summers weather is no problem for a well-insulated unit. Typical uses in Bulgaria are coastal holiday lets, annexes, off-grid homes.
What you can order
- 10FT Expandable – compact studio, office, or annexe.
- 20FT Expandable & Premium – the most popular pick for a one- or two-bedroom home.
- 40FT Premium & Deluxe – full family homes.
- Double-Story Villa – for when land is tight.
Shipping, explained
Delivery is port-to-port (FOB) into Varna and Burgas. The unit and the freight to port are covered – getting it from port to your site is yours to arrange. Units ship folded where they can, so freight stays efficient – and a multi-unit order can go in one shipment.
What it costs
Pricing is quoted per order – it depends on size, quantity, and spec. Payment is by bank transfer in full; we do not offer financing.
