It also means your questions go to the people welding the frame, not a call center reading a spec sheet. Ask whether the corners are reinforced for stacking. Ask what gauge the wall studs are. Ask how the vapor barrier is laid. A reseller guesses. We know, because we did it.

We run the shop. The cutting, framing, insulation, wiring, and plumbing all happen under one roof before the home ships. Nothing gets subcontracted to a third party who might do it differently than promised.

The expandable versions ship folded to standard container width, then open on site to roughly double the floor area. Same factory, same crew, more space for the money.

How the process runs

You tell us the size and what you want it for. We send a fixed quote — home, freight to your nearest port, and a delivery window. You confirm. We build. Production runs two to three weeks, ocean freight another 25 to 45 days depending on where you are, then it’s on your land.

You’re dealing with the builder the entire time. One point of contact, no runaround.

The questions a reseller can’t answer

  • Can I change the window layout? Yes, and we’ll show you what it does to the price.
  • What’s the wall construction? Steel frame, spray foam insulation, finished interior.
  • Can it go off-grid? Absolutely. Solar, battery, and water tank options are all available at build time.
  • Who do I call if something’s off? Us. The plant that built it.

That last one matters more than people expect. When something needs a part or a warranty claim, a reseller has to chase the factory too. You’re already talking to the factory.
